Join us as The British Dancing Academy brings a fun and exciting production to the stage, BDA’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!
Sweet Charlie is very poor, and lives with her mother, father, and her wonderful Grandpa Joe, right next to what is believed to be the most wonderful and magical chocolate factory in the world. When Mr. Willy Wonka announces that he is inviting five children and their parents on a special tour of his factory, Charlie dreams that she might be one of the lucky ones. She hears news of four children from all over the world finding Mr. Wonka’s golden tickets in his delicious Wonka bars. Will Charlie be so fortunate to find the last golden ticket? Join us for BDA’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to find out!
BDA’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory will feature beautiful costumes and scenery, many BDA surprises, and all of your favorite characters including Augustine Gloop, Violet Beauregarde, Veruca Salt, Mike Teevee, and so many more brought to life by our BDA dancers!

RETURNING THIS YEAR: You will once again be able to CHOOSE YOUR SEATS for our June production! That’s right, BDA’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory will NOT have festival seating as in the past. This means no longer waiting in line for your favorite spot, you will be able to reserve your seats ahead.
Tickets are $25-$30 and you will choose your seats when purchasing online. Tickets can be printed at home or shown on your phone at the door.
Everyone will find something to love in BDA’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! With fun music and exciting choreography, our dancers and teachers have been working hard to make this a show not to miss!
